Yoga is more than just burning our calories and toning our muscles. It is a mind body workout where we have strengthening and stretching poses along with deep breathing techniques to relax our mind and body.It embodies unity of mind and body,  thought and action, restraint and fulfilment, harmony between man and nature and a holistic approach to health and well-being. To encourage this habits among students we are promoting such activities in ICET. t o
