          B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science degree program has seen exponential growth in the last few years. It is fueled by an explosion in the use of the Internet, extensive penetration of smart phones, increasing use of online services, social media, e-banking and increasing incidents on Human workload. AI & Data Science is a well-established exciting specialization of Computer Science & Engineering concerned with methods to make computers or machines intelligent, so that they are able to learn from experience to derive implicit knowledge from the one given and to understand natural languages to determine the content of images to work collaboratively.
          It is a specialized branch that deals with the development of data driven solutions, data visualization tools and techniques to analyze big data. Along with this, the B. Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science course also includes the topics that are there in the normal computer science course - like - JAVA, C, electrical and electronics engineering, database management, design, operating systems etc.The Program aims to help you gain the practical knowledge and accelerate your entry into the roles of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Scientist, Computer Scientist AIML, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Robotics Scientist, Business Intelligence Developer, AI Research Scientist and many more. By this course, the students will gain cross-disciplinary skills across fields such as statistics, computer science, machine learning, and logic, data scientists and may have career opportunities with exceptional prospective fields and challenging roles in futuristic industries in the arena of healthcare, business etc.

          With the tremendous amount of data generated every day and the computing power available, Data Science plays important role helping every business organization in identifying business trends and changes through advanced Big Data Analytics with variety of techniques and tools to interpret and predict business results and future from multiple data sources through statistical analysis, data aggregation, and data mining. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science undergraduate engineering course has been started by the institute from the academic year July 2021 with the intake capacity of 60 seats.
