Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security)

  B.Tech - Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) will empower students to be equipped with industry 4.0 emerging technologies. The program started in the year 2021 and it is functioning as a supporting program under the department of Computer Science and Engineering with an annual intake of 60 students. The department trains the students to maintain a digital document chain for any structured investigation to find out exactly what happened on a computing device and who was responsible for it

  This program formulates the students to  analyze and determine cyber threats,design,configure and implement solutions to secure networks including global,industry-specific  and networks critical to the  nation such as governance, banking, energy transportation etc using the latest technologies and tools for encryption,firefall and malware protection

  Cybercrime in a short span of a decade has become a top level world wide security threat. Guarding data and reducing the impact of network security breach are a key challenge for cyber security expert. The programme will give students a solid foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of computer Science, network security, software security, and information security. This program helps to bridge the gap between industry and academia so as to create an employable workforce ready to take on challenging roles in the domain of cybersecurity.
