The Department of Mechanical Engineering offers excellent opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students to excel in their field.  Information on all areas of Mechanical Engineering and Technology can be found in the Department Library. It has a wide collection of textbooks related to Mechanical Engineering and some of the advanced level books and other resources are available, standards and Technical reports collections are also available. Engineering databases can be identified by using the Engineering research guides. Besides this, it maintains a repository for the M. Tech thesis.

• Identity Card is compulsory for getting access to the library
• Silence to be maintained
• Using Mobile phones and audio instruments with or without speaker or headphone is strictly prohibited in the library premises.
• Enter the name and Sign in the register kept at the entrance counter before entering library
• The librarian may recall any book from any member at any time and the member shall return the same immediately.
