One-Week Orientation Programme

About SIP'26

The Student Induction Program (SIP) is a one-week orientation programme organized for all newly admitted first-year B.Tech students at Ilahia College of Engineering and Technology (ICET) in accordance with the guidelines issued by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).

The programme is designed to help students transition smoothly from school to college by introducing them to the academic environment, institutional culture, professional ethics, engineering practices, and campus life.

Throughout the week, students participate in interactive sessions, expert talks, laboratory visits, department orientations, skill development activities, mentoring sessions, cultural programmes, and team-building exercises.

These activities aim to build confidence, communication skills, and a sense of belonging while preparing students for their engineering journey.
