The Reception Desk allows the front office to manage visitors and provides assistance to them. Front-Office Reception module also manages tasks like setting up of reminders for events, activities, contacts, appointments, incoming and outgoing calls routed. Reception desk is located at the Administrative Block. The Receptionist is responsible for answering the phone, directing calls, greeting guests and may also perform administrative work. At the reception desk we will maintain a record for all the visitors who have step-into the college for either inquiry purpose, meeting with principal or college staff.
